Terms for online orders

These terms govern distance contracts for food delivery through the site. Bulgarian law and EU consumer protection law apply.

2. Services

We offer prepared food for delivery within Pleven city limits, and dine-in. Online ordering is possible only during opening hours, when the site is marked as open.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are final, in euro (EUR), VAT included. The delivery fee is shown before confirmation. Payment: cash on delivery or card, as chosen at checkout. If payment is online, it goes through Stripe. We do not store card data.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when you confirm the order (and for card — after successful payment). You receive an order number. You can track the status in Viber. If SMS is enabled, we also notify you by SMS.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give within Pleven city limits. Estimated time: 40–70 минути след приемане, според натовареността на кухнята. If the address is outside the city, the order is not accepted online — please call.

6. 18+ and allergens

Products in 18+ categories are sold only to people over 18. For such an order you must confirm your age. Allergens per dish are on the menu and on the Allergens page.

7. Right of withdrawal

Food is prepared to your order and is perishable. Under Art. 50, items 3 and 4 of the Consumer Protection Act (and Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU) you have no 14-day right of withdrawal for such food once preparation has started.

If you receive wrong or unfit food, call +359 898 949 988 immediately. We will offer a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

8. Complaints

Complaints are accepted on the phone above. You may also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection and the European ODR platform. ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Personal data

We process your data to fulfil the order. Details: Privacy policy

10. Applicable law

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection in your EU country of residence.
